Job Summary
Coordinate complex changes with multiple stakeholders across IT production environments, manage deployment activities, and maintain clear communication throughout the change lifecycle. Ensure regulatory compliance with gaming regulations, prepare release notes, coordinate changes with internal/external teams, consolidate tasks into a change-delivery plan, track progress, resolve deployment issues, and drive continuous improvement by collecting deployment/site-setup metrics and maintaining detailed change documentation. Requires appropriate licensing where required by state regulations; strong coordination, communication, and systematic, detail-oriented approach are essential. hybrid work arrangement in Tartu, Estonia.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience in IT or adjacent field (if IT education)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong English language skills
- Attention to detail
- Systematic approach to coordinating activities in a changing environment
- Decisive judgment in fast-paced situations
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a remote team setting
- Licensing in all states where a license is required to authorize or approve changes in a production environment
