Change Coördinator Financial Markets

Coordinate the full Change Management process, ensuring changes are controlled, timely, and executed per agreed procedures to minimize service risks. Monitor RFC quality, completeness, and planning; chair CAB meetings; assess risks, impact, and implementation plans; and oversee changes during maintenance windows. Enforce ITIL process compliance, flag conflicting changes, and report on performance and KPIs. Align with Problem, Incident, and Release Management teams to improve the process. This role serves as the bridge between technical teams, suppliers, Service Delivery Management, CAB, and the customer (BNG). Based at Centric, the position supports a full scope IT-services concept for government, retail, and banking sectors.
