Job Summary
Coordinate Management of Change activities from intake through implementation and closure, facilitating communication between stakeholders and monitoring request status. Support governance processes by reviewing submissions, coordinating meeting logistics, and preparing decision records and minutes. Orient change requesters to process requirements while developing guides, training materials, and job aids to support adoption. Maintain tracking logs, action registers, and IMS documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Prepare reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making on change management and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Environment and Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting change management, project coordination, process improvement, governance, or related business functions
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on improving processes, increasing efficiency, and enhancing the user experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with document management systems, version control, process mapping tools, reporting tools, or collaboration platforms
- Experience working in infrastructure, construction, nuclear, utility, or other regulated industries
