Change Catalyst Project Manager

Change Catalyst Project Manager responsible for delivering the VP’s vision by ensuring solutions are executed on time, within scope, and with the right resources. Act as the connective tissue across creative, media, and technology to translate strategies into action, overseeing intersection points where creative meets media and is influenced by data and technology. Responsibilities include managing timelines, scope, deliverables, and resourcing; coordinating across creative, media, and technology teams; monitoring data/tech integrations; serving as a delivery partner to clients; identifying risks and tracking KPIs; driving cross-team collaboration; and applying expertise in integrated creative + media projects across broadcast and digital. Must have fluency in Workfront for orchestration/delivery, a technically oriented mindset with understanding of AI/generative tech and agentic workflows, and knowledge of MarTech and digital/channel platforms. The role is hybrid, based in Chicago, with a salary range of $59,000–$96,025 annually, and includes comprehensive benefits.
