Change Associate

Change Associate to support organizational change initiatives related to Guidewire and broader insurance transformation programs. Focus areas include business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption by supporting communications, training coordination, and change activities. Responsibilities include documenting change impacts across business processes, systems, and roles; maintaining stakeholder lists and coordinating meetings; developing and distributing project updates, announcements, and FAQs; coordinating training sessions and materials; tracking adoption metrics; maintaining OCM documentation; and coordinating OCM activities across project teams. Required attributes include 0–2 years of relevant experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint are a plus. Foundational knowledge of change management principles (Prosci ADKAR) and basic knowledge of insurance operations are preferred. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
