Job Summary
Change and Training Analyst responsible for delivering change management and training activities for Melbourne's new public transport ticketing system; develops training materials, delivers training, supports readiness activities, and monitors adoption to ensure staff are prepared to use the new solution; collaborates with project teams, transport operators, vendors and stakeholders to plan, deliver and sustain change initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Has delivered change management and/or training plans for complex programs
- Experience delivering change management and training on multiple projects
- Experience providing specialist advice on change, training and stakeholder management approaches
- Pre-employment checks and reference checks
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or valid work permit/visa
