Change and Release Manager (f/m/d) @ A1 Competence Delivery Center

Change and Release Manager responsible for end-to-end lifecycle of changes, facilitating CAB meetings, maintaining the Change Register in ServiceNow, coordinating the monthly Enterprise Release Calendar, aligning release plans across OpCos and CDC, and driving cross-country governance and stakeholder communications. Must have hands-on ServiceNow experience, CAB moderation skills, exposure to cross-country delivery, ITIL background in change and release management, strong project-management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in an international environment. The role emphasizes structured governance, training delivery on processes, and contributing to harmonization of group-wide release processes. Hybrid working model in Sofia, Bulgaria.
