Job Summary
Implementation & Change Lead delivering end-to-end initiatives across clinical, pharmacy, tech, logistics, regulatory, and commercial teams. Drive delivery in a fast-paced scale-up by finding and fixing problems, diagnosing root causes, and bringing just enough structure to keep teams moving. Balance hands-on execution with planning, define clear ownership, deadlines and critical-path, and selectively introduce Agile/Lean Six Sigma practices to maintain pace. Focus on stakeholder alignment, change advocacy, and practical process improvements to accelerate Montu’s healthcare transformations in cannabis therapies. Expect collaboration with clinicians, engineers, and business units, using tools like Jira, Notion, and Confluence, and operating in Hybrid London/Winnersh in the UK.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience as an Implementation & Change Lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (healthtech, medtech, SaaS, or other regulated industries a plus).
- Experience delivering across multiple functions (clinical, pharmacy, tech, logistics, regulatory, commercial)
- Strong aptitude for autonomous, hands-on delivery and problem-solving
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean Six Sigma methodologies (certifications helpful)
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
