Job Summary
Provide process support and leadership for creating and delivering Change Management statements and handling plans. Facilitate CI identification, assessment, and mitigation planning for all product IPTs while driving effective teamwork across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities. Brief multiple meetings or forums weekly and monthly to communicate baseline posture and project information to stakeholders. Remain flexible to changing priorities, multitask quickly, and interact comfortably with Senior Government Leadership. Maintain concise, accurate, and professional communication of project issues and status.
Required Qualifications
- An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
- A Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science Degree
- 5 years of relevant experience
- 1-3 years in Change or Configuration Management
- Ability to interact comfortably with Senior Government Leadership and Team members on a day-to-day basis
- Problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint essential)
- Excellent communication and briefing skills
- Experience with program management
- Experience with Readiness reviews
- Experience with Governance boards
- Experience with conducting technical exchange meetings
- Experience with working in team environments
- Experience with using SharePoint or Confluence
