Job Summary
Lead Change Management for a large-scale Cloud One/multi-CSP program, transitioning from pre-deployment approvals to agile-aligned processes, chair CAB meetings, and drive adherence to Change Management policies, procedures, and reporting. Establish and maintain documentation (SOPs, policies, templates, dashboards), monitor change compliance and risk, and partner with PMO and program leadership to align with Agile/SAFe delivery, including PI Planning. Ensure compliance with DoD and Federal requirements (DESMF, RMF) alongside ITIL best practices, while coordinating with cloud hosting, platform teams, and stakeholders to enable secure, resilient, and cost-effective operations. Preferred background includes ITIL 5 certification, USAF Cloud One/Platform One experience, and strong skills in governance, training materials development, and end-user guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 12+ years of prior relevant experience OR Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience
- Active Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
- Strong background in ITIL service management
- Experience with Jira, Service Now, and/or GitLab
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition and program management frameworks (DESMF, RMF, etc)
- Experience supporting Agile transformations or SAFe delivery models
- Familiarity with cloud environments & multi-CSP architectures
- Strong facilitation and written communication skills
- Ability to produce formal SOPs/policies and end-user guidance
