Job Summary
Coordinate release and change activities across applications, developing and maintaining deployment plans and release calendars; support release meetings and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies; perform basic data analysis using Excel and SharePoint; ensure releases align with established governance and processes; collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution; requires 5+ years IT experience with Release/Change Management, SAFe/ Scrum familiarity, JIRA and ServiceNow usage, and basic SQL analysis; familiarity with Cloud/Web/Client-Server architectures and strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years IT experience
- ITIL or SAFe certification is nice to have but not required
- Experience in Release or Change Management roles
- Strong working knowledge of IT environments and cross-team coordination
