Job Summary
Lead and influence the people side of change on strategic transformation initiatives at People First Bank. Partner with project teams and stakeholders to assess impacts, translate complex changes into clear, actionable outcomes, and drive adoption across impacted teams. Champion stakeholder engagement and communications to build readiness and commitment, support risk/compliance/financial crime initiatives, and deliver outcomes that enhance member and employee experiences. Leverage Proscior similar change-management methodologies to design interventions, artefacts, and communications that enable successful change across a hybrid, Australia-based delivery environment in Adelaide, Brisbane, or Toowoomba.
Required Qualifications
- Certified change management professional (Prosci or similar)
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to drive change
- Ability to translate complex changes into actionable outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communications skills
- Experience with change analytics and identifying impacts
- Ability to develop targeted interventions to support adoption
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
