Job Summary
Support the delivery of change activities across the HR, Payroll and WFM implementation program; capture change impacts, coordinate communications and training sessions, monitor adoption and help embed new ways of working; track change adoption metrics and provide reporting and insights; support business readiness and transition activities; 4–5 years’ overall experience with 3+ years in change activities; strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; experience in complex enterprise environments; hybrid work model in North Ryde, NSW.
Required Qualifications
- 4–5 years’ overall experience
- 3+ years’ experience supporting organisational change activities
- Experience capturing change impacts
- Experience supporting communications and coordinating training/events
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams
- Experience in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
- Industry experience: Telecommunications desirable or complex regulated environments like financial services, FMCG
