Change Analyst

Job Summary
Analyse client business impacts from change initiatives, then meet stakeholders to present findings and prepare business documents. Propose tactics to manage organisational changes and execute project plans while scheduling, reporting progress, and raising risks. Maintain effective relationships as a supportive team member, applying knowledge of Project Management principles across Agile, Waterfall, and blended methods. Provide ongoing support to change recipients throughout and after the project lifecycle. This junior role works closely with senior team members on diverse client engagements within Seven Consulting's Change Management Practice, supporting large-scale IT-enabled business transformations.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Change Management, Project Delivery and/or PMO roles
- A relevant certification or a Bachelor's degree (often in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied / Behavioural Science or similar)
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice
