Job Summary
Change Analyst to join the OCM team in Sydney or Brisbane. This hands-on role supports major digital and business transformation programs by designing and delivering change, communications and training initiatives. You’ll analyse stakeholder impacts, readiness and adoption risks, run workshops, create high-quality deliverables (presentations, communications, training), translate complex change into practical messages, and contribute to proposals and internal practice development. The role requires 2–4 years’ experience in change, consulting, or transformation, strong communication and structured thinking, initiative with a learn-and-follow approach, high energy and a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work with people at all levels.
