Job Summary
Change Analyst to support product data and change management processes. Responsibilities include creating, managing, and maintaining product master data; identifying and coordinating the daily management of configuration items and BOMs; organizing, controlling, and assisting in processing and implementing changes; ensuring version control processes and policies are followed; performing impact analyses and reviewing design changes; assigning approvers according to change type; collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate and align on Design Change Requests and notifications.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Change Analyst
- Bachelor�s degree in a technical or business field
- Strong understanding of CMII principles and Fit, Form, and Function (FFF)
- Experience using PLM/ERP tools
- Experience creating parts and bills of materials (BOMs) and managing changes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
