Job Summary
Implement Lean Improvement Activities and coach site teams on continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste and increase productivity. Manage a year-long set of activities across Site Production to improve KPIs, utilizing tools like SMED, 7 Wastes, and Kaizen while championing FOD and 5S standards. Transfer change management expertise to Middle Management and influence team mindsets without formal leadership authority. Assist in other team projects as requested and monitor performance improvements using A1 forms to demonstrate machine performance and OEE data.
