Job Summary
Manage all maintenance practices for the golf course and practice facilities while training new employees and operating equipment in accordance with club standards and human resource procedures. Supervise up to 44 employees to achieve goals and maintain playing conditions, ensuring Member Services standards are met. Exercise full authority for the Golf Course Maintenance Department in the absence of the Director of Golf Course Maintenance. Assist on any golf course at any given time as needed.
