Champion Engagement Specialist

Conduct daily engagement activities for Gozem champions by negotiating with partners, coordinating operations, and managing specific programs like food allowances and driving permits. Analyze champion data to anticipate issues, support career progression, and manage end-to-end program tracking including supplier invoices and payment verifications. Collect and synthesize feedback to improve Net Promoter Score and contribute to national project implementation through the Champion Academy. Maintain accurate tracking files and ensure timely submissions while fostering a trusted relationship with champions.
