Job Summary
Operate ready-mix trucks in Urbana/Champaign, IL, delivering to industrial and residential sites. Ensure safe and efficient operation, maintain cleanliness and perform minor servicing/maintenance or refer major issues to supervision. Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment around the ready-mix plant per supervisor instructions. Interact with customers with honesty and a positive attitude while upholding safety policies. Requires CDL Class A or B, current DOT physical, drug screen, background check, and a manual endorsement; Spanish-speaking or bilingual is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Class A or B CDL
- Current DOT physical
- Safety minded attitude
- Good driving record
- Submit for a criminal background check
- Clear Drug/Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Pass a DOT drug screen
- Pass a Pre-Employment Physical Assessment
- Spanish speaking or bilingual a plus
- Manual endorsement is required
