Job Summary
Remove old siding and prepare exterior walls for installation. Measure, cut, and install vinyl, fiber cement, wood, or metal siding. Install trim, soffit, fascia, and flashing for a flawless finish. Work alongside the Lead Installer to ensure every project meets high-quality standards. Keep a safe, clean, and organized job site while maintaining a positive attitude. Monday through Thursday 10-hour shift schedule with paid time off and holiday pay. Health, dental, vision, and 401k with employer match available. Opportunities to advance into Lead Installer or Project Manager roles.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in siding installation or general carpentry
- A sharp eye for detail and measurements
- Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work comfortably at heights
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Team-player mentality
- Monday through Thursday 10 hour shift schedule
- Paid Time Off
