Seeking a dependable Shift Lead for Chalice Cannabis Dispensary to oversee daily operations, ensure customer service excellence, and lead team members in a compliant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work independently or lead a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to listen and follow directions quickly and accurately
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must have OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of fast-paced retail experience
- Previous management experience
- Working knowledge of OLCC cannabis regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Prior cannabis product knowledge
- Previous experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
