Job Summary
On-site Chalet Food & Beverage Attendant role at the Columbia Icefield in Jasper National Park. You’ll coordinate guests and tour groups in dining areas, maintain cleanliness, operate a POS with cash handling, provide table and buffet service, and support kitchen restocking and hosting duties. The role requires guest-service focus, ability to stay calm during high volume periods, and teamwork in a remote environment. Must hold Alberta Pro Serve certification and have strong organizational and problem-solving skills; bilingual ability is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Current Alberta Pro Serve (Required)
- Previous guest service experience is an asset
