Chairperson, Emergency Medicine responsible for complete operational, clinical, and academic oversight of the department at Northwell Health’s Department of Emergency Medicine. Lead collaboration with service line leadership in recruiting, finance, and business development, while promoting a positive and inclusive culture and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Located at South Shore University Hospital with Springfield, MA as the point of contact, the role includes oversight of an extensive ED with 86,000 annual volume, Level I trauma center designation, residency programs, in-house services across multiple specialties, and ongoing IT systems (Dragon Dictation; EPIC coming soon).
