Job Summary
Lead system-wide surgical strategy by unifying Surgical Oncology, Urology, Bariatric Surgery, and other disciplines into a cohesive academic enterprise. Partner with Nursing and Anesthesia to optimize OR efficiency, throughput, and block utilization while driving perioperative excellence. Expand surgical GME programs, medical student education, and faculty development to support a new medical school partnership. Collaborate with executive leadership to deploy capital investments in robotics, minimally invasive platforms, and hybrid ORs. Recruit and retain top-tier surgeons to cultivate a culture of clinical excellence, teaching, and mentorship. Drive system-wide performance improvement, standardization of care, and continuous quality enhancement across all surgical services.
