Job Summary
Lead the clinical, educational, and research missions for the Department of Family Medicine & Community Health while serving as the Family Medicine Clinical Service Unit Leader within University of Minnesota Physicians. Provide strategic leadership to 10 residency programs and four fellowships, mentoring faculty and trainees while advancing research and innovation in healthy aging. Build multidisciplinary partnerships across the medical school's schools of medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, public health, and veterinary medicine. Report to the Dean of the Medical School and Executive Vice President for Health Affairs. Base salary ranges from $400,000 to $500,000 commensurate with qualifications, education, and experience.
