Job Summary
Lead and manage the Department of Orthopedics Musculoskeletal Service Line as Chair, overseeing clinical operations, educational and research programs, and the overall leadership and strategic direction across CH’s six hospitals. Drive recruitment, budget and resource planning, establish evidence-based protocols and COEs, partner with system leadership to advance value-based care, and promote high-quality, innovative musculoskeletal care. Collaborate with hospital chairs, vice presidents, and regional leaders to align strategic initiatives, expand academic and research activities, and enhance patient experience, education, and community service while guiding the Service Line through organizational changes and growth.
