Job Summary
Lead the Department of Orthopedics and Musculoskeletal Service Line across six hospitals and ambulatory sites, overseeing educational, scientific, and clinical programs while managing personnel, finance, and resources. Optimize clinical operations to foster business development, research, and outstanding surgical care, ensuring alignment with ICARE Values. Interface with system leaders and referring physicians to integrate emergency care, facilitate on-call coverage, and promote the service line. Develop evidence-based protocols, establish recruitment strategies, and drive the transformation into the Musculoskeletal Institute at CH. Set strategic vision for campus expansion and growth, ensuring quality, patient experience, and performance improvement efforts meet system-wide standards.
