Job Summary

Lead the Department of Orthopedics across six hospitals and ambulatory sites, optimizing personnel, finance, and resources to fulfill clinical, educational, and research missions. Manage service line operations including emergency care integration, oncall coverage, and cross-continuum care coordination. Develop evidence-based protocols, establish recruitment strategies, and oversee performance measures to drive quality, patient experience, and value-based care. Partner with the Vice President to set strategic vision, enhance practice protocols, and transform the service line into the Musculoskeletal Institute. Drive research growth, educational programs, and community service while ensuring alignment with CH's ICARE values and system-wide priorities.
