Job Summary

Lead the Department of Orthopedics across six hospitals and ambulatory sites, optimizing personnel, finance, and resources to fulfill clinical, educational, and research missions. Manage cross-system integration of emergency care and oncall coverage while partnering with the Vice President to set strategic vision, enhance protocols, and drive value-based care strategies. Oversee performance measures, recruit staff and physicians, and transform the Service Line into the Musculoskeletal Institute through evidence-based initiatives and community service. Ensure quality, patient experience, and performance improvement efforts while aligning campus expansion with system priorities. Report to the Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Operating Officer with a .7T clinical and .4T administrative split.
