Job Summary
Establish the strategic vision for Family Medicine and Primary Care across the Jefferson-Lehigh Region while leading the integration of these services throughout the enterprise. Partner with executive leadership to advance quality, access, operational excellence, and population health initiatives, driving physician recruitment, engagement, and succession planning. Oversight includes Family Medicine residency and fellowship programs, faculty development, and research collaboration through Thomas Jefferson University. Lead clinical operations by advancing evidence-based care, improving access, and establishing measurable quality goals while collaborating with Pediatrics and specialty service lines. Champion physician wellness and support sustainable clinical growth within one of the nation's largest integrated academic health systems.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
- Minimum of five years of progressive physician leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading physicians, clinical operations, education, and strategic initiatives
- Commitment to academic medicine, physician development, and transformational leadership
