Chair, Department of Family Medicine

Establish the strategic vision for Family Medicine and Primary Care across the Jefferson-Lehigh Region while leading the integration of these services throughout the enterprise. Partner with executive leadership to advance quality, access, operational excellence, and population health initiatives. Drive physician recruitment, engagement, mentorship, and succession planning while fostering a culture of innovation and championing physician wellness. Oversight of residency and fellowship programs, faculty development, and medical education through Thomas Jefferson University. Develop future physician leaders and expand scholarly activity. Advancing evidence-based, patient-centered care by improving access, developing innovative clinical programs, and establishing measurable quality goals. Collaborate with Pediatrics and specialty service lines to support technology optimization and digital transformation.
