Job Summary
Lead assigned sales personnel through daily supervision, development, and engagement while driving goals for sales, displays, shelf positioning, and pricing. Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure territory alignment with company objectives. Assist sales account managers by setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up, and tracking performance via KPIs and metrics. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 4+ years in sales and 1+ years supervisory, plus a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 175 lbs. for keg products. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 4 plus years related experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of supervisory experience
- reliable transportation
- valid driver's license
- acceptable driving record
- insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law
- Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products
