Job Summary
Chain Sales Representative in East Tennessee responsible for regularly calling on established accounts within a defined territory to promote, sell, and distribute Beverage Control products. Duties include achieving sales goals, securing new distribution, maintaining shelf and display adjacencies, promoting monthly programs and pricing, monitoring market trends, recording accurate account data, placing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely visits per itinerary. Requires high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred), valid TN driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to lift 45 lbs, flexible hours, and proficiency with Word/Outlook/Excel. Must pass background checks and work in a drug-free environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must possess valid TN Driver's License
- Must be licensable under state alcohol regulations
- Must have working knowledge of basic computer applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Must be able to lift 45lbs
- Must be able to work flexible hours including overtime/weekends/holidays
- Background checks and drug-free workplace
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales or grocery is preferred (6 months)
