Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner needed to deliver primary medical care to a wide variety of patients. Responsibilities include performing initial patient screenings and history/physical examinations, updating and ensuring accuracy of patient records at each appointment, analyzing test data to determine follow-up needs and treatment options, delivering quality care while meeting productivity metrics, and serving as a resource for ongoing care information and guidance for patients with critical conditions. Roles available in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania with a full-time schedule from 8 AM to 8 PM. PTO, health insurance, CME credits, and additional benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner license
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner preferred
- ability to deliver primary medical care

- adequate record-keeping and documentation
