Job Summary
Temporary Image Graduate role in Barcelona for Carolina Herrera Beauty within International Retail Design & VM. Design and implement high-quality in-store assets and animations for launches and limited editions, focusing on temporary assets and the creative development process. Develop guidelines for markets, collaborate with marketing and operations teams, and oversee production timelines, space design for both small-scale POSM elements and larger spaces, while considering feasibility, sustainability, and costs. Work with assigned markets to tailor spaces to regional needs, perform store checks, and contribute to visibility improvements in main doors. Ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in retail design or visual merchandising, strong creativity and aesthetic sense, project management experience across development and production, and an understanding of beauty and luxury fashion.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working in retail design or visual merchandising ideally in a related sector focusing on temporary assets
- A high level of creativity and strong aesthetic taste with strong out of the box vision
- Capacity to identify the main objectives on a project and propose solutions accordingly
- Experience in managing projects that involve creative development process, production process and communication with different departments
- Understanding of beauty and luxury fashion
