Job Summary
The 3D Art Intern will support the 3D production pipeline by assisting with compositing swap-in products, create low-poly models optimized from high-poly source assets, review Revit files to verify model accuracy, archive models from 3DS Max for the External Sharing Library, and participate in lighting and compositing training with a focus on learning DaVinci Resolve. The role involves on-site, Fall 2026 internship lasting a minimum of 12 weeks, with duties including further training and collaboration with a team of artists; requires currently pursuing a degree in 3D Art, Animation, Visualization, or related field and a digital portfolio of 3D work.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in 3D Art, Animation, Visualization, or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of 3D application including basic modeling, geometry retopology and optimization, material adjustments, UV unwrapping and editing, and artifact correction
- familiarity with 3DS Max, V-Ray, and Revit is a plus
- A digital portfolio of 3D work is required
- internship is part-time and on-site starting September 2026 through December 2026 (Fall 2026)
