Job Summary

Lead the Health Administration and Nursing Department by providing innovative leadership, designing transformational models for program growth, and overseeing curriculum oversight, student progression, and accreditation compliance for the DHA, MHA, and DNP programs. Supervise departmental faculty, manage the department's budget and resources, and develop strategic plans aligned with university goals. Ensure programmatic compliance with CAHME, CCNE, and HLC standards while leading curriculum development, assessment, and student recruitment efforts. Represent the department in university and external settings, mentor students and faculty, and maintain current knowledge of industry trends. Collaborate with dean, associate deans, and university leadership to advance teaching, scholarship, and service in this remote graduate health professions education environment.

  • Regular and productive communication with the admissions and advising teams
