Job Summary
Conduct supervised evaluations and diagnoses of speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders using FEES and standardized assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under mentor guidance, leading therapy sessions for communication recovery, cognitive strategies, and safe swallowing with diet modifications. Provide resident and family counseling, document cases with mentor review, and track progress toward ASHA competencies. Begin with a paid two-week orientation of direct, intensive supervision.
