Job Summary
This full-time position provides Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services to children and youth under 21 who are Medicaid eligible. The role involves promoting personal independence, enhancing social skills, supporting daily living capabilities, and facilitating community integration. Responsibilities include engaging with children and their families, developing treatment plans, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory guidelines, and participating in assessments and community services. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations are essential, as well as the completion of documentation in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Willingness to respond to the needs of a culturally diverse population
