Job Summary
The CFTSS Provider - CPST will provide goal-directed supports and solution-focused interventions designed to address behavioral health needs in accordance with the child’s treatment plan. The role requires effective communication skills, time management, problem solving abilities, and the capability to lift up to 25 pounds. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree, have two years of experience in mental health addiction or foster care, possess a valid New York State Driver License, and demonstrate a willingness to serve a culturally diverse population.
Required Qualifications

- Valid and Current New York State Driver License
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively
