Job Summary
As a CFT Facilitator, you will administer, develop, and facilitate Child and Family Team (CFT) services tailored to the needs of each assigned resident. Key responsibilities include participating in the development and monitoring of individual treatment plans and coordinating services with social workers, probation officers, and health providers. Qualified candidates should possess a degree in a related field and relevant experience in mental health services with a focus on working with youth.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect
- Successfully pass a criminal background check
- Successfully pass drug screening
- Successfully pass a physical exam
- Successfully pass a TB test
- Hold a current State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years
- Associates level degree in a related field with three years of experience
- Bachelor’s level degree in a related field with two years of related experience in mental health service provision
