CFSS Support Worker

Provide Personal Care Services to clients in accordance with the care plan, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), and health-related tasks. Ensure a safe, clean, home environment by recognizing safety hazards and reporting concerns to a supervisor. Document all cares provided and assist with routine household chores, meal preparation, companionship, errands, and transportation arrangements.
