CFSS Support Worker

Provide personal care services to clients in accordance with their care plan, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), and health-related tasks. Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy home environment by recognizing hazards and reporting concerns to a supervisor. Assist with routine household chores, meal preparation, companionship, errands, and transportation arrangements while documenting all care provided. Offer social and emotional support to clients and maintain strict confidentiality. Maintain required training and educational standards.
