Job Summary
Lead the F&I process in AutoNation's no-haggle sales environment by guiding customers from sales to finance, determining financing needs through consultative interviews, presenting transparent pricing and financing options, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Develop relationships with customers and staff, achieve targeted sales goals, maintain product knowledge, manage finance transactions, and provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to bridge sales and financing while upholding company standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Prior sales experience preferred but not required
- Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience and desire to work with technology
