Job Summary
Analyze Fulfillment Center operations to derive productivity improvement strategies and optimize workforce management for cost reduction. Design nationwide logistics networks, balance load distribution between centers, and support automation equipment implementation and material flow planning. Conduct root cause analysis using operational data to validate strategies and generate executive insights. Develop production and cost targets leveraging industrial engineering methods and facilitate data-driven decision-making through experimental design.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related fields
- 5 to 10 years of experience in process improvement or industrial engineering within manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce environments
- Understanding of warehouse design
- Experience with Capacity Planning, Facility Design, and Throughput calculation
- Experience with logistics facility design and project roll-out
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, Material Flow, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and 7 Waste
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel proficiency
- Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency
- Ability to communicate smoothly with various organizations and stakeholders
- No restrictions on domestic business site visits for on-site problem solving
- Ability to deeply analyze problems based on data and derive creative solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Korean for business communication
- Experience with process innovation in e-commerce or large-scale logistics network environments
- Experience with logistics automation equipment introduction or operations optimization projects
- Experience with data-driven experimental design (A/B Test, Pilot Test, etc.) and effectiveness verification
