Job Summary

Handle inbound calls and emails regarding product cancellations, open tickets for new cancellation requests, create Cancellation Processes in BPMS Workflow and provide status updates. Interact with internal and external customers including dealerships and lenders, maintain professionalism in all communications, and escalate critical issues as needed. Requires familiarity with cancellation processes, BPMS workflows, ability to work in a high-stress environment, basic computer skills, and foundational accounting knowledge. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience with SSC Cancellation Team
  • Full familiarity of cancellation processes and BPMS Cancellation workflow
  • Ability to handle high stress environment with professionalism
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / basic computer skills
  • Understand basic accounting principles and logic
  • Proven skills in high stress environment
