Job Summary
Define and drive the overall financial strategy aligned with business goals, partnering with the CEO and Board to support strategic decision-making and growth plans. Oversee accurate and timely financial statement preparation, including balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow, while ensuring full compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory requirements. Manage GST filings (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C), audits, and internal controls within a B2C environment focused on profitability, cost optimization, and working capital. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to influence leadership decisions and drive data-driven outcomes through MIS and dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- Telugu language
- Proven ability in financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong business acumen with experience influencing leadership decisions
- Expertise in driving profitability, cost optimization, and growth initiatives
- Deep knowledge of financial reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
- Strong expertise in GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience managing GST filings (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C) and audits
- Strong experience in cash flow, fund management, and working capital optimization
- Ability to manage banking relationships, financing, and liquidity planning
- Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management frameworks, and corporate governance
- Experience in handling statutory and internal audits
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally)
- Advanced Excel and financial analytics capability
- Ability to drive data-driven decision-making through MIS and dashboards
- Proven track record in leading large finance teams
- Strong stakeholder management (Board, investors, auditors, banks)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and M&A activities
- Exposure to IPO readiness or private equity environments
- Strong background in FP&A and business partnering
- Experience in finance transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of automation tools, RPA, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Exposure to digital finance and ERP implementation projects
- Familiarity with Ind AS / IFRS reporting
- Exposure to multi-location or international operations
- Experience in advanced tax planning or litigation
