Job Summary
CFO to lead the accounting and finance function, overseeing financial management including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow strategy; lead debt structuring and financing strategies; serve as primary contact with banks, lenders, and financial institutions; drive capital raising and investor communications; provide financial insight for real estate investments (multi-family, portable housing, and related assets); support acquisitions through financial modeling and due diligence; build scalable processes, strong internal controls, and a high-performing, self-governing finance team; couple this with building a growth-oriented finance organization.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a high-growth environment
- Strong background in real estate, private equity, or investment-focused businesses
- Deep understanding of debt structuring, capital markets, and financing strategies
- Demonstrated success in raising capital and managing investor relationships
- Experience negotiating with lenders and securing optimal financing terms
- Track record of building and leading accounting/finance teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operate both hands-on and at a high level
- Self-starter with ownership, accountability, and execution
