Job Summary
Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives, leading long-term financial planning, scenario modelling, and capital allocation for a large-scale manufacturing environment. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while driving profitability by product line, plant, and geography. Lead cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis to monitor production costs, labour efficiency, and overhead absorption. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships, optimizing working capital and overseeing funding strategies including debt structuring and refinancing. Ensure timely financial reporting, maintain robust internal controls, and identify financial and operational risks across the business. Lead and develop the finance team across HQ and plant locations, fostering a performance-driven culture while driving digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience
- Proven experience as CFO / Finance Director or senior finance leader
- Strong background in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience managing multi-plant operations

- Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA)
- MBA
- Exposure to M&A, fundraising, or corporate finance
